All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free hot school meal every day through the Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme.

Meals are freshly prepared in our school kitchen by Aspens, our catering provider, who specialise in school meals that are both nutritious and popular with children.

🥦 What’s on the Menu?

• We operate a three-week rolling menu to ensure variety and balance

• Every day includes a vegetarian, halal, and non-halal option

• Meals are served with vegetables, salad, fresh bread and a pudding

• All meals are cooked on site with fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Menus are also on display in the school foyer and available from the school office.

🧒 Nursery Meals

Children in Nursery are not covered by the government’s free meals scheme. However, they are welcome to stay for lunch if they attend full-time.

• Bringing a packed lunch from home: £3.00 per day

• Having a school-provided hot meal: £5.00 per day

We can cater for:

• Food allergies and intolerances

• Cultural or religious dietary needs
