At Cottesbrooke Infant & Nursery School, we are proud to be a diverse and inclusive community where everyone is valued, respected and supported to thrive.
We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and eliminating discrimination in all aspects of school life — from teaching and learning to policies, staffing and family engagement.
Our approach to equality is guided by our values and by our legal duties under the Equality Act 2010, which requires us to:
Eliminate discrimination, harassment and victimisation
Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not
Foster good relations between people of different backgrounds
You can read our full Equality Information and Objectives below, which explain how we are working to promote fairness, representation and inclusion across the school.
