📈 School Development Plan

At Cottesbrooke Infant & Nursery School, we are always looking ahead — thinking about how we can grow, improve and give our children the very best start in life.

Our School Development Plan (SDP) sets out our key priorities for improvement over the year. It is shaped by feedback from staff, governors, parents and children, as well as by evidence from school monitoring, external reviews and national expectations.

The SDP is a working document that guides everything we do — from curriculum development and staff training, to wellbeing, inclusion and family engagement.
